Following analysis of your detailed questionnaire, a personalised diet and lifestyle programme is designed to provide specific nutrients to aid healing and promote optimum health. The programme is discussed and agreed at your second consultation. The fee includes one month£s support by telephone and/or e-mail. Supplements and some tests are an additional cost.

Nutritional therapy is not a 'quick fix' but a sustainable process for improved health and can take days, weeks or even months to produce results. It can be a life changing experience.

The overall aim of the nutritional therapist is to give the client a varied eating plan in order to maximise their health. The plan should be flexible and adaptable and designed to last for life.

Supplements to support dietary program at RRP with a 10% discount.

In some cases laboratory tests may be recommended and usually cost between £50 and £250. However many tests are free.

*N.B. There will be a Cancellation Charge of £10 imposed, for less than 24 hours notice, unless agreed with your therapist.
