Herb is an experienced, talented and highly skilled Hypnotherapist, Brief Solution-Focused Psychotherapist, and an Advanced Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner with an infectious laugh and a genuine desire to help others.

He is also a Neuro Linguistic Programming(NLP) Master Practitioner & NLP Master Business Practitioner.

Herb's background is in engineering. He is a Lead Coach on The Lifelong Learning Company's NLP trainings. Herb enjoys being involved in the process of change and transformation. He is a Founder Member of World Change Agents. He is involved with change work in Probation & NORCAS.

Herb uses his skills to effectively treat a myriad of conditions, including: anxiety & depression, phobias and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder; just to name a few.

All sessions are carried out on an appointment only basis, and are subject to availability.
