Saxons provides for your entire alternative and natural medicinal needs and offer a centre for all local environmental groups with plenty of information. We are keen to help sustain the local economy by using local companies where possible for our natural products. This has been achieved by using Norfolk Lavendar, Norfolk Essential Oils, Black Sheep Products, Potions & Possibilities, Flower Essences from Halesworth, Herbal products by Tree of Life, Beccles and locally grown fresh herbs from Badingham, Suffolk. We supplement this with carefully chosen 'larger' brands like Neal's Yard and Primal Elements.
To supplement these, we also have a range of onsite therapists.

The Shop opens from 9.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Saturday with a late night till 8.00pm on a Thursday and the Well Being and Toning Studio opens 9.00am to 9.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 5.00pm Saturday.
Appointments can be made at the shop or using one of the methods on our Contacts page and of course trained staff are always available to deal with your queries.

The waiting area leading onto the therapy rooms will give you all the information you require on Environmental issues, organic food and the associated groups that run these organizations. Plus a small collection of paintings by local artists.

The therapists are all fully trained, insured and registered with regulating authority provide the following therapies in comfortable and relaxing surroundings.
